The Caddo River Festival held annualy on Labor Day weekend in historic downtown Glenwood is one of our signature events - a vibrant family friendly celebration that blends small-town charm, outdoor recreation, and local culture.  This festival features a classic Car Show, Talent Show, Food Trucks, 50+ local Craft & Retail Vendors, and a 5K race and Kids Fun Run making it a can't miss event for all ages!

Once vendor applications become available you will be able to find them here (on our website) as well as in a post pinned to the top of our Caddo River Festival Facebook page. 

What are the times of the festival?

The festival takes place on the Friday and Saturday of Labor Day weekend.  On Friday it opens at 11:00 a.m. and goes until approximately 5 p.m.  On Saturday it opens at 9 a.m. and ends around 4 p.m.  On both days our closing time heavily depends on what activities we have planned on those afternoons/evenings.  

where exactly does the festival take place?

The festival takes place in the heart of historic downtown Glenwood.  Vendors are located on 2nd Street beginning at the library entrance and going all the way down to the City Hall entrance.  Food Trucks are located behind the Bainum Library.  On Saturday the Car Show takes place on Broadway.
